This method only works for angles that form an even sided shape that is less than or equal to 360 sides.
List of possible angles that work using this method: 90, 60, 36, 30, 20, 18, 15, 12, 10, 9, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

[1] You can use Tran's Fast Rotate mod or Hippolippo's Better Rotation mod to get non-integer angles. There's no easy method of getting all non-integer angles in vanilla.
