This method only works if you have access to the sandbox. However you can replace the landmasses and just visually eyeball instead for a decent approximation.

You can use Tran Fox's Fast Rotate mod or Hippolippo's Better Rotation mod to get non-integer angles. There's no easy method of getting all non-integer angles in vanilla.
