PoC of x86-based Retro Console Video Scaler
- can convert analog video sources to digital output(DVI, HDMI)
- can convert analog audio sources to digital output(S/PDIF, HDMI)
- can deinterlace interlaced video source with YADIF 60fps
- can apply CRT-like GPU shader(CRT-LOTTES) in real-time
