Super simple quick pickled beans recipe. Great for using seasonal veggies. These must be kept refrigerated.
The following ingredients are to be divided between two 500ml (2 cup) jars.

6 sprigs dill
2 cloves (or more) of garlic
1 tbsp pickling spice
1 lb green beans trimmed
2 cups white vinegar
1 tbsp pickling or kosher salt (or plain salt)
3 cups water

Place veggies, garlic, pickling spice and dill in clean jars.
Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil in a saucepan.
Pour hot liquid into jars filling to top, and add lids.
Allow to cool to room temperature and then store in the refrigerator. Ready to eat within 24 hours and will keep in the fridge for two weeks (I've kept mine longer than that, but that's what the recipe says).
