Taste testing the REDCON1 MRE Banana Nut Bread!
This is a meal replacement shake that can give you carbs, fats and proteins with whole food sources. My favourite thing about the Redcon1 Sutherlands is that the protein does not come from way. It comes from Whole Foods such as chicken beef and salmon. This actually tasted like banana nut bread, which is very interesting in a liquid powder, but it has a solid Flavour that I liked and the banana notes were really great.
Overall is a pretty solid tasting meal replacement.
