Rekordbox freezes every 30 mins #2 of 2 (UPDATE: Caused by Dell SupportAssist)
16UPDATE 5/21/2020: Found the cause! Dell SupportAssist was installed on my Alienware laptop (because Dell owns Alienware). Using "LatencyMon" tool (Google it), it was stating that the file "DDDriver64Dcsa.sys" was causing massive latency.

DDDriver64Dcsa.sys is part of Dell SupportAssist, and it has been causing latency issues since at least 2015:

Further digging revealed that this is a known issue and it does happen every 30 minutes:

Once I uninstalled DellSupportAssist, the freezing problem went away. I ran Rekordbox in Automix mode yesterday with my DDJ-1000 controller attached for over 4 hours and it never froze once.
I then streamed a live show last night for 2hrs 15min and Rekordbox never froze. CPU usage was always under 5% even though I was running Rekordbox and streaming my show to Twitch using OBS software all over WiFi!
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: Rekordbox v5.8.5 freezes for a few seconds at the top and bottom of every hour (e.g. 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, etc.).
