In this episode, we take on the final boss Gryphot yet again. I've got everyone leveled up, so we're in good shape to do this. Pietro is now level 60. When I first tried to take on the boss, he was 33, so it makes a big difference. I focused on attacking each of Gryphot's tentacles without getting too close to his face. Narcia and Rue would heal when necessary. Rue, Nino, and Pietro focused on hitting the tentacles to conserve HP while Narcia used Holy Arc from a distance. I also made sure to have Rue boost everyone's attack and defense which helped a lot. This time, Grphot didn't stand a chance. After his defeat, Lady Galariel took care of him and took Nino and Rue back to Galariland. Cue the epilogue! Both Rue and Pietro planed a hope seed given to them by Lady Galariel. The seed turns into a tree/portal which allows Pietro to return to Galariland whenever he wants. This allows you to finish any sidequests that are incomplete, and you can continue to tend your farm if you so choose.

Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale is a farming simulation RPG developed by Marvelous AQL and published by XSEED Games for the Nintendo 3DS. It is a crossover between PoPoLoCrois and Story of Seasons (Harvest Moon). Return to PopoloCrois features a turn-based battling system where you take control of several party members, each with his or her own strengths and weaknesses. Each party member uses different weapons and magical abilities to combat foes. The story focuses around Prince Pietro, a half-dragon who just turned 13. Having saved the kingdom multiple times in the past, it's no surprise that he's faced with the task yet again when black beasts emerge in PopoloCrois, ruining the soil with darkness so that nothing can grow from it. His father, King Paulo, asks an ambassador, Lady Marmela, to come to PopoloCrois and share her knowledge of the black beasts as her homeland, the distant country Galariland, has also been afflicted with them. Lady Marmela claims that there is a way to defeat the black beasts, but only one who is pure of heart can learn the method. So, in order to save his kingdom, Prince Pietro agrees to be sent to Galariland to learn how to defeat the black beasts. But after he is sent there, he realizes that he cannot get back home. Seeing how barren and desolate Galariland has become, he resolves to help the people there by defeating the black beasts and restoring the farmland. Along the way, he'll meet new friends to help him in battle such as Rue, Pumpkinman, and Nino, and he'll gain access to farmland that he can use to grow crops and tend livestock. Besides that, he can also catch bugs, mine for ore, synthesize new items, upgrade tools, and help the locals with tasks. The story is roughly 25 hours long, but there are over 600 items to collect, a ton of side quests to complete, optional challenge dungeons, and even regular old farming to keep you occupied after the story is over.
