I made this track 2 years ago. The name came about from the simple fact that the stage starts off with you going forward, hitting a half pipe then immeadiately turning around. This track definitely rewards racing and not making mistakes; it starts off having to navigate close knit checkpoints with precision and slow movements. After a zig zag (snake dance) of spiked checkpoints, the stage then picks up a lot of speed. Long distance between checkpoints, fewer obstacles and more space between ramps. In my experience the music picks up right around the time you transition from the slow beginning of the stage to the fast part. That is my favorite thing about this track. A redeeming quality of this stage is it contrasts two different styles of race track: carefully navigating tight corners and long distance gaps covered with acceleration.
