— I've listed each GPU level from $100 to $300, all of which are reasonable options for these Ryzen 3 CPUs. Which one you end up with depends on your budget and expectations.

— At $100, either of these GPUs remains a solid value for budget gaming and a better deal than new GPUs. I wouldn't pay over $130 for either in 2020.

— The RX 5500 XT does have more VRAM, but it lacks the performance to really use it. The GTX 1660 Super is faster for not much more money.

— The RX 5600 XT was launched to compete with the GTX 1660 TI, however that GPU no longer makes any sense after the launch of the GTX 1660 Super. This card at $270 really makes no sense with the GTX 2060 and RX 5700 so close in price, but if you get it for $250 or less, it may be worth considering.

— The RX 5700 is faster than the RTX 2060 by 5-10% depending on the game. It lacks DX12 Ultimate support however and uses more power. It does have 8GB of VRAM, which is a nice value add. Both should cost around $300 in 2020
