Point is measures the scale-line/bar of your google map image (in the bottom right-corner of the image) and conduct a little math calculation.

So, after the calculation, the ratio of Google Maps of Kilometer and Pixel are 1 Pixel = 11.627 Km. This is when the world is flat a.k.a the radius of the Earth (6 378.1 kilometers) does not take into calculation/account when measuring one point to another point in the map. Here in this video show how to found that.

P. S. : This straight-line can be used to measure for i.e. Phyramid's height, width, tall.
1. Go to http://maps.google.com
2. Press Printscreen on the keyboard, copy and paste google-map image to any MS. paint window
3. In MS. Paint activate Rulers and Gridlines.
4. Drag image upward until the scale-line/bar of the image close to the Ruler. Here I place scale-line/bar to 1200px.
5. Get/measure the other-end of the scale-line/bar's pixel-position with placing mouse to it and watch the left bottom for the px. Write the px.
6. Substract the result of measurement of point 4 with point 5.
7. Divide 1000 with the substraction result.
8. Done. You get the result 1px is equal to some number.
