Some online gameplay against my mate InitialDale on the PS3 version of Sega Rally Online Arcade. This was something I actually recorded several months ago. It was actually only the second time I've ever played this online since the game was released back in 2011. The very first time was not long after the game was first released. You can have up to 6 players, but Dale and I are the only 2 human players, the other 4 are all AI.

Sega Rally Online Arcade is basically a PS3 and Xbox 360 port of the arcade version of Sega Rally 3 (which ran on the Sega Europa R arcade board), with a few subtle differences, the most notable being that Sega Rally 3 ran at 60fps, compared the home console versions 30fps. Sega Rally Online Arcade is not to be confused with Sega Rally Revo https://youtu.be/rp5j-lw1NZY. The 2 look similar as they share the same graphics engine, but Online Arcade, and by association SR3, handle nothing like Revo. SR3 handles like a true arcade racer, Revo has some bizarre handling that sort of makes it feel like your car is on a pivot and despite the fact you can see it turning it doesn't feel like you're truly turning unless you're steering fully to the left or right. It's kind of hard to explain... What's interesting though, is that it's possible to swap out tracks from the arcade version of Sega Rally 3, if you're playing it on PC using the arcade loader Teknoparrot and replace them with tracks from the PC version of Revo, meaning you can play the Revo tracks with the superior SR3 handling (and it's more reliable locked 60fps frame rate - the PC version of Revo does support 60fps, but the frame rate is normally all over the place).
