The fifth labyrinth is open and now we're going to save Rottytops. Yep. Rottytops turns out to be the fifth “half-genie”. Sheesh. All of this is enough to drive anyone mad. But yeah, this is a gauntlet. You need to activate 8 stations in order to divert energy away from the city. You get a key at the bottom then you use said key to open one of eight areas. They are all gauntlet battles. You have six minutes to power all eight switches. Once power is diverted, the timer is stopped. We rescue Rottytops and she gives us the last fusion medal, the Jet Octo. This gives us access to a double or in this case, triple jump.
With the Jet Octo, we get access to the fifth boss. This boss is more of a guessing game. There are six brains and you need to figure the right order to expose the main brain and deal damage. It takes a while because it's all trial and error. After beating it, you need to get out of there. The whole place is about to cave in so you have no choice but to move it. This is also your last opportunity to get anything you missed at the Tour place. Because once you take down those four energy collectors, there's no going back. The Energy Towers aren't difficult.
Trust me. I learn the hard way and it's even harder when you should learn to save constantly. This happens in Part 7, the penultimate part.
