For my thrid badge I decided to repel trick for growlith. It was 83,33% Growlith with a 12% encounter rate and I put a fainted watchog in the front of my party.
At level 14 growlith no longer knows roar since it learns helping hand instead. White 2 also makes it so wild pokemon cant use roar if you lead with a higher lvl pokemon.
