This is my own Sims 4 Rags to Riches Challange. Inspired by current circumstances I decided to make my own version and I might make changes to the rules as I go since it's my personal challenge.

Rules to follow
1. Each time the housestructure is modified, destroyed or you must pay a noise disturbance fee of 10.000.
2. Walls and Windows cannot be moved or removed unless the whole house is rebuild.
3. Every item you replace furniture (better bed or toilet) the old stuff must be kept inside of your house or a storage room.
4. Old Furniture can only be donated, destroyed or sold if it was burned.
5. You first job must be whatever first result you get in the newspaper.
6. You cannot change your career unless you worked there for a month (30 sim days), reach career level 5 or get a job offer during that career.
7. Before growing plants / vegetables, you must build a house and a fence around your gardening area and pay the noise disturbance fee of 10.000.
8. Your garden must be closed to sims from outside your household and staff.
9. When owning a car, you must pay 1000 per month as a car tax and 200 per week for fuel.
10. If you use the cleaning service, you need to pay them a bonus of 200 per week.
11. All items from the buy & build mode costs 2 times the actual price. Walls cost 5 times the price.
12. Plants and trees cannot be sold and must be removed by your Sim unless they were planted inside a planting box.

Goals to reach:
- Get to level 10 in at least 1 career 4or earn 10.000.000 with your own business and have your employees be fully trained.
- Get married to a sim.
- Complete at least 10 Aspiration goal
- Have a home worth at least 2.000.000
- Have at least 5.000.000 in your safe/bank.

Requirements:
Building a House
- Pay a noise disturbance fee of 10.000.
- Handiness Skill level 5, Logic Level 3
Getting a job
- A House (Bed, Toilet, Shower, Sink, Stove, Counter, Chair, Fridge)
- Pay 20.000 for your college degree
Gardening:
- Handiness Skill level 7, Gardening skill level 5
- House: Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Livingroom
Marrying
- House: Same as Job and Gardening + Bed for your partner
- You need to know the Sim for 30+ ingame Days
- Have 5+ Dates with the Sim
- Pay 200.000 for the wedding, applies also for the weddings of your descendants
Family
- "Building a House" required
- Every kid you have must max out all of their skills as a toddler before they can age up.
- Before aging up to teen, each child must compelte one of these options: Have 5 levels in any 1 skill and perfect grades, or 10 levels in one skill.
Potion making
- Gardening Level 8
- Highest Magic Rank
Fishing
- Pay 500 once for a fishing license
Ordering Online
- House: Same as Job and Gardening

Allowed:
- You can have pets but need to pay 2000 per dog, cat, horse, aquarium, etc. you own and keep inside your house.
- Insects, frogs, etc. you find don't count unless kept as a pet to interact inside your house.
- Create new Sims to Marry or join your Household by befriending. You must empty their inventory however.
- Create Pets to adopt into your family
- Paying fees in advance. For example: 4 times the car tax to pay for the whole year.
- You may become a witch or wizard. Requires Logic 10 & Realm of Magic DLC to start
- You may become a star. Requires Charisma 5 to start
- You can fix building mistake while building.
- Using Computers on other plots to make money. Only from 8:00 until 20:00 (ingame)

Not Allowed:
- To start with more than 1 Sim.
- To start with a pet.
- Modify plots you don't own to make your life easier. Example: Modify a club to have a cellar with a bed, TV and other useful items.
- Growing Plants outside of your own plot.

Settings:
- Disable Aging

Penalties:
- If the repo-man appears to repossess on object, you have to pay a fee of 10 times the item value that was repossessed within 7 ingame days.

Helpful Hints

Taking Away Money and pay fees
Press Ctrl + Shift + C to gain access to the cheat bar. Enter "testingcheats on". Enter "money 0" or "money [your amount]" to adjust your current balance.
