Slicing doesn't work on some parts of your models because of the following two reasons:

1. they have inverted polygons -- these are the gaps that you see in Simplify3D on the underside. On 3D Hubs these appear as full because we also show inverted polygons.

2. your 3D models have internal self-intersecting geometry. These are all the sub-parts that make up each model.

3.After understanding this, I learn how to use Meshmixer to repair it.

You could fix these problems by using Netfabb or another 3D model fixing software.
