This was only the fifth time I even got to hell and the second time I beat it.
It took a lot of tries... I made a video of almost all the fails to achieve this, titled as "Spelunky - Fails of Completing The Game Another Hard Way (beating HELL and killing shopkeepers)"

I also got the "Big Money" -achievement on this run.

If you don't know about this game.
Each time you die, you start back at the beginning "1-1". But the levels are randomly generated so they'll be different every time.
After each death..you start right from the beginning.
There are ways to unlock shortcuts, but the more you play this game the more you realize that's not the fun way to play it. Also there's no shortcut to hell.

Once you get into it... it's hard to stop playing. Every run is so different.

This was the X-Box Live Arcade version of the game.
