This is a controller I made couple of years ago. There is no IK, just animation blending and a bit of physics to level out the body on uneven terrain (it doesn't work perfectly, but that "unpolished clumsiness" only adds to the crazy spider-like movement style). Walking with WSAD, aiming with mouse.
