Today, we're introduced to probably the other most versatile weapon in single player. The Heavy Splatling is an amazing weapon that basically makes you a one-squid army. The key to using it without leaving yourself exposed in between volleys is to know how long each charge lasts, both charged and overcharged. In most situations, you also won't have any armor to absorb hits while charging and firing so be aware of what's coming towards you when you're full-blasting at the enemy.
