13Good dealie. With the new Wine 1.1.9 I may just delete my windows partition. I recommend everybody try Ubuntu, and with the live CD you can without affecting any of your computers configuration, files/filesystem, etc.. www.ubuntu.com
I used a couple different guides and forums to get this working. I will try to post links soon. (Google it for now)
I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 AMD64, Wine 1.1.9, and SPORE 1.02.
Getting Wine 1.1.9 required me to add a software repository from WineHQ.
