icore 3.30 quad 6500xt w10 16gb ram vs ubuntu part 1

part 2 & 3 will be running on steam os and ubuntu linux if I have the time. what I'm looking for is telemetry problems that are often found on PC more than console ie in cod the js cuts off when You run..but this sort of telemetry will be with PC's lack of fps on say a smart tv. For instance, 120fps will have clipping and often buffering during load times whilst on console it will not. Will the clipping smooth out on ubuntu or steam os?

Anyways turns out this project is delayed due to covid. Turns out, I might delay the project. Here's why. I 🤔 my old vostro doesn't have uefi drivers as it's partially booting every version of linux. I'll look into it.

I need a plan:

A.) tried install managed to boot but keeps crashing or never booting ie my motherboard bios says uefi but it's options say "no uefi" 👍

B.) ubuntu also crashes, so I'm in for a new board soon. Will have to read up on my vostro board.

C.) Am committed, to even buying a new board, as my slow emachine easily uses uefi and so did my laptop years ago.

D.) It will be worth it because the project is based on denouncing windows for it's telemetry problems ie 160 fps with clipping is worst than a ps4's 30 fps on HDMI.

Motive:

Steamplay would be a legitimate reason to get rid of windows for good and Intel. Sorry, bill gates....but say my affirmation is false. Well than I can confirm it is just developer error and high textured games. I can state windows 10 is good. Btw I don't like work, but windows has been tormenting gamers for 30 years with telemetry problems and I'm excited to know. I played cs source on ubuntu recently on a 1gb gpu machine and am generously curious about how windows handles ram, cache, bg programs like notepad etc. I don't like windows but this project will show proof as to why. A New uefi enabled board will delay the project though.
