They say he was nerfed, took me like 20 tries to finally get him!
Fun fight, couldnt have made it without Windroid for the speed since he got faster and faster each time he powered up. (See more)

Had to be sprinting almost ALL the time and good thing he stopped by to fire his laser so I can drug up and heal myself again.

He has excellent turn ability so the only way to avoid his drill attack is to run, run RUN away to the other side of the arena.

The Plasma gun really helped since previously I tried with only machine guns and shotguns instead for fear of killing myself in a blast. The Pistol was a great choice so I could keep away from him but do decent damage.
