Hero is a radically different when compared to all those that have come before. No Super Smash Bros. character in history has been so unique. The “Down B” opens up a menu in the middle of combat and gives players an option between a randomly selected list of magic spells. Hero actually has dozens of spells but players only have a moment to choose between the few that pop up in the menu every time “Down B” is used. Each time a spell is cast, even an “Up B”, it requires MP so use this magic carefully. These spells are powerful but the mechanic to activate them and MP management create a challenge when trying to use them strategically.
