In today's video, I'm going to be taking better care of myself starting NOW (self-care routine). These times can be super hard on those of us who struggle with self-care, so I thought I'd take a day for myself and focus on things that really make me feel GOOOOOOD. Keep in mind, self-care isn't always bath bombs and face masks and candles. It can also be setting boundaries, saying no to things, cutting out toxic people, going to therapy, etc.! But it can also be both of those things and is always going to vary from person to person. In this video I'll be doing a little bit of a self-care quarantine routine by making a gratitude list, reading, spending time with my animals, trying a new activity, running a good bath, video chatting a loved one, and more!
