Taq Kasra Ctesiphon ancient monument. Tāq Kasrā, also transcribed as Taq-i Kasraa, Taq-e Kasraa (Persian: طاق کسری‎) and Iwan-eh Kasrā (Persian: ایوانِ خسرو‎), meaning Iwan of Chosroes, are names given to the remains of a circa 3rd century Sasanian-era Persian monument, which is sometimes called the Arch of Ctesiphon. It is located near the modern town of Salman Pak. The exact time of construction is not known with certainty.
