Tar-Shei is an Argonian from Highrock (Daggerfall specifically) he is a ex Dark Brotherhood Assassin (joined the skyrim dark brotherhood specifically as that is the last of the dark brotherhood) , his skills is restoration, one handed and knows how to use a crossbow when needed.

This is my first ever follower mod, and I intend to keep developing and improving him over time. so a lot you see is of course not final other than his physical appearance. I would not even consider this barebones either but bone marrow due to him not long being developed.

This is actually the second test, the first test actually shown him healing himself which was cool. Just need to see him use his crossbow.

The progress is slow and steady and also the things he is saying is not fully complete as they do not have any conditions yet.
