I couldn't help myself from posting this; almost as though it were meant for comedy, I tried to open my own software and did not succeed at getting it to work for 8 minutes. I felt I had to upload this, just so that others who have probably struggled with similar problems would know that they're not alone.

All jokes aside, the last minute or so of this video does a good job teaching how to change the Matrix Eater settings so that it allows you to open the Matrix Eater and Magos's War3ModelEditor at the same time.
