The Battle for Zoltrix Respawn - A Siege within a Siege
6This offensive siege by the Death Alliance saw involvement by the 4 largest alliances currently playing on NA. All rallied against us in effort to prevent us from successfully sieging the Winterblades keep in Zoltrix. And it did take all of them to stop us, and stop us they did - just barely.
That aside, this sequence, the fight over the northern respawn, is a good example of how critical assets like that, which impact the outcome of an entire siege, are not battled over by an entire zerg, but smaller groups of 20 or 30, and indeed, in some cases, even less. Any guild, not just Hax, Winterblades or Dissentient, could have moved on this strategic asset, for either the attacking or defending side, and decided the entire siege.
For those who say there is nothing for small guilds in Crowfall to do, I submit to you, not only are there things to do, but they are sometimes the most important things to be done. 20 could have decided the fates of hundreds here.
