Here is a quick menu for salmon

chopped lemon grass,garlic and sliced of chillies

add butter in pan melt it then add in garlic and lemon grass

stir fry until fragrant then add coconut milk let it boil for 10 min, meanwhile instead of frying the salmon i baked it in the oven for 20 mins.

i also add in lemon juice ,lemon rind ang grated ginger into the sauce and also i chopped button mushroom to add in into the sauce


and then add in the salmon fresh from the oven into the sauce or just pour it on top
