To remove the Zero Access Root Kit Trojan from your PC or Laptop then you want to use the Mcafee Rootkit Remover tool found on this link http://www.mcafee.com/uk/downloads/free-tools/how-to-use-rootkitremover.aspx

I followed all the "long winded" advice of looking for the "Windows Security Centre" in the "Services Control Panel" etc... but I quickly found out that the "Windows Security Centre" was not actually there, that is to say it was not visible in the "Services Control Panel" so I could not turn it on from there.

After researching on google I found out that I did in fact have the "Zero Access Root Kit" Trojan on my computer.

So after clicking on this link http://www.mcafee.com/uk/downloads/free-tools/how-to-use-rootkitremover.aspx then the Zero Access Root Kit was removed from my computer with in a matter of minutes.

Also I have to say that it was a very quick and easy process and not a long winded process like most of the others are telling you here on YouTube.
