Here we go with this weeks summit-video. It was definitely not a walk in the park, because the new handlingmodel for MX sucks big time and i tried to get used to it as good as possible. That meant i had to practise and repeat especially the mx-races for a couple of hours. (A video with outtakes would probably be twice as long as this video. :P )

Nevermind, in the end i made it to get at least some decent scores in the events. The event i struggled the most with was the Endurfix Event with the KTM. I know there are a lot of shortcuts and resetcuts, but as you know i don't bother with that. I only took the first cut as best as possible, mostly i failed there. So consider it a lucky run what you see here. While practising this event i found out that my good old XBox360-pad is near the end of it's livetime. I had to remap leaning backwards from the left stick, because the bike was constantly doing wheelies, which made it impossible to turn. But even after remapping it the event was still a pain in the arse.

The Mt. Washington race was almost the same, because the Suzuki refused to steer properly. The run you see here took me almost an hour to gain it.

The Inglewood-race was the only MX-event where i had a good feeling with the bikes, which resulted in a decent run. I could probably do a couple of seconds faster, but it's not needed.

Beside that we had three mixed events this week. The sanddunes race was decent to drive, but i couldn't really figure out how to prevent the bike from constantly losing speed, especially on higher dunes. Today noon i practised again for an hour but i couldn't go under 3m04sec.

The MT-arena i did (like always) in a crew together with my colleque airmaxx. I did 19.800 points in a solorun on my seconds account which resulted in about 108k summitpoints. So you see also solo you can get over 100k points. In the run you see here i even f'ed up the jump to the middlestage with the 5k coin, but somehow i made it to jump back up from the inner arena. Without this f-up we both would probably had over 23k or 24k point in the end. But we were fine with our result and so we didn't bother with it longer than needed.

Last but not least some words to the 3rd mixed event. The shortcut in the joker lap you see here looks easier than it actually is. Last night i needed about 1,5 hours to finally do it 4 laps in a row without getting a crashcam for falling into the water. You have only a very small gap there, where you can drive through. Test it out yourself.

One word to the escape: I know most of the players do that one in a hypercar, preferebly with a muddy-set. But i saw it as my personal challenge to get as far as possible with a rallyraid-vehicle, for which the test is originally made for.
