The Burnout is a named FAMAS that gives us the Perfectly on Empty talent. With the rapid reload and massively enhanced stability/accuracy, this weapon cements itself as one of the highest damaging non-exotics to date.

I've put together an updated build (from my old Chameleon video) that includes some amazing synergy with this AR.

I've tested this in both raids as well as Heroic content and it works incredibly well. Amazing burst AND sustained damaged with great survivability. It ticks all the boxes!
