The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom | Stream 52 | Source of the Storm
0Ahhh, what a great break we had with Comic Con Weekend. Wish everyone had a good one. This week, we are back with streams, and it looks like we are riding high and strong!
Our goal was to complete the Faron Region, by finding the last of the Koroks, Shrines, and join Tauro in investigating the Zonai Ruins. Our first hour of the game was dedicated to looking for all the little Korok Brats--I mean, Korok Kids, and get more seeds.
Once we return from our scheduled break, we make our way to the Zonai Ruins, where Tauro is already ahead, translating some text into a cryptic message. He tells us to follow the Forest Serpent, and once we solve the riddle, the way to the Thunderhead was clear.
This storm-cloud area is perpetually thunderstroming, so it is best to have the Thunder Helm from the Yiga before proceeding, so that you can use any weapon without concern. The path looks like a dragon's head, and at it's pinnacle, was not what I was expecting. An Owl Face. Directing us to an unsuspecting part of the surface, and then deep underground.
It is here, at the Construct Factory, that the fifth sage, Mineru, reveals herself. She instructs us to construct a body for her to be able to communicate with us face to face, and to find her Secret Stone stored safely in the Spirit Temple. Instead of using the Construct, however, because time is short, we use our trusted Hoverboard to fly over and face off against the Scourge of the Spirit Temple, the Seized Construct.
Mineru, Rauru's sister, tells us how Rauru sacrificed himself so that Ganondorf may face his end in our time. And how she and Zelda set motion the plans after Rauru's seal. She tells us to seek out the Great Deku Tree, for news on where we can find the Master Sword.
Next time, we will be heading North, to the northern forests of Hyrule.
I wonder if there is a secret way to fill in the Compendium.
