With the quarantine a lot of restrictions were put in place.
My normal ways of exercising, playing basketball and going to the gym were shut down so I had to think about other ways of doing it. That's when I came up with the quarantine workout challenge, doing 100 pull ups and 100 push ups everyday for the next 7 days. Hope you enjoy the video!
