Just a theory, but it might have something to do with Call of Duty Ghosts ! Why is that ? Haven't you noticed the similarity between the background "music" used in the hidden cinematic and the music in the Call of Duty Ghosts multiplayer menu ? The background sound is very similar, if not quite the same. So it's possible that Call of Duty Ghosts could have been a "direct" sequel to Modern Warfare 3 in the same universe! This secret cinematic could have been intended to tease Infinity Ward's next Call of Duty !

This is just my theory, of course, but it's obvious that there's a connection with Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 2013 (MW3 sequel idea possibly cancelled due to the choices and direction taken during development of the Call of Duty Ghosts story).
