0besides "Minotaur" and "Castle of Doom" (which contains a few levels more) are somekind of a Kit in the Kit, with the present background-tiles and animations it's easy to create new levels (or alter existing ones).

i chose something close to "Tower of Doom" as title because already in this game you could "edit" your own levels (generated by a ascii code).
and of course as reminiscence to those cool intellivision games and their far ahead creators.
