Make sure to use either the blue office or the long office corridor to gain access to the first choice room, which will greatly decrease the time taken to complete the game. Also make sure to enter the code into the boss' keypad a few times first so the narrator automatically opens the door to the elevator every time you enter the boss' room. If you stick to the guidance given, then you should have no problems getting the achievement.
