The TRUTH about BOLLOXED - Read description for details!
754A few people have been asking questions regarding this situation, so here is a summary of events.
For many months Northern3D has been going around spreading countless lies and misinformation about 'Bolloxed' Including claiming we posted the shock/gore images to Reddit among many other things.
Then he took it to the next level where he actively (and posted) doxxed information of myself and colleagues, and again went through alot of time and effort to distribute the information
Then he started issuing DMCA takedown requests on our own material, using fake details, more then to obtain my own and colleagues details to be posted publicly and use for harassment.
He also created and hosted an archive, which contained large amount of complete misinformation, such as those shock/gore/porn images posted on Reddit photoshoped to look like I posted them, when in fact, as stated in the video it was himself responsible for them.
He was spreading this archive alot pretty much everywhere. I mean he was spending hours every day at it and even after Discord banned him over his actions it continued. He then, via complete lies and misinformation rallied people to join him, which was easy because of the vast amount of malicious lies he was spreading... and c'mon.. if you where a friend of Northern 3D why wouldn't you believe your friend?
So, we started legal action.
After a few weeks, when court orders were being served he contacted us to seek resolving the issue out of court and make amends.
We kindly agreed to cease the legal route if
1) He stopped the malicious action towards us
2) Posted an apology and statement regarding the truth of the situation
3) Transferred over the Discord account so we could review his actions and verify he was actually telling the truth for once (The Discord account was new as his previous ones were banned and it was primarily used for harassment)

Recently, "Friends" of Northern3D who still believe his ridiculous claims and misinformation told to them over the last few months are going on a smear campaign and are even refusing to believe Northern3Ds confession. They claimed he was "blackmailed" and using a poorly cropped section of an email as "proof". He was absolutely not blackmailed.
Since they continue to believe these ridiculous claims and started to activity spread the lies and misinformation to use as ammo for their own agenda, the Discord logs were made public, so people could see for themselves the truth of the situation - from the fingertips of Northern3D himself!
It is hosted by Discord directly so it cannot be claimed it is edited or doctored. I suggest people have a read of it themselves and then they'll see the truth from Northern3Ds own perspective! The conversations with Tax Collector Man are particularly worth a read!
