Important note: When you first log in, your Toxicity will be super low. It's a glitch, re-slot Acquired Tolerance and it'll fix it.

Also one more thing, the only decoction that are key are the Ekimmara and Water Hag. The last 2 decoctions are personal preference.

This is a rehash of my melee build video from patch 1.22. Nothing has changed, it is still just as capable in the new patch. Euphoria has been fixed so it should properly apply toxicity buffs with decoctions up. Luckily, they didn't feel there was a need to nerf Euphoria *whew*
