Yay!! tic tips tourettes

Hi everyone! In today's video I talk to you guys about my favourite tip I've found for dealing with my back tic and my neck tic. Out of all the tips I've tried, this one seems to work the best for my Tourettes, and I hope that you guys try it and I hope it works for you too! I'm gonna be posting more of these "tic tips" videos to show you guys some strategies for how to deal with Tourettes and tics!

As a girl with Tourette's, I would love to spread awareness and education about my disorder, as I feel it is quite misunderstood in today's society. The media has made it out to be a swearing disorder only, which is far from true. I hope these 10 tics will educate you on Tourette Syndrome and tic disorders! Life with Tourettes can be difficult, but just know that we're the same as everyone else...except for the fact we tic like clocks! (:
