That... is a great question. I didn't go through all this work for nothing yah know.
Tournament #11 unleashes total mayhem as 64 characters have been given a Maxed out infinite meter that will not deplete. No matter what happens, supers, EX moves, anything that could use meter, will not deplete. This means, I implemented coding in each character one at a time, in a form of masochism, just for this amount of absurdity. Which brought me to one conclusion, some people do NOT know how to code properly, i.e naming files wrong. (I'm no professional myself, but still). Who will win, how much chaos will ensue? A lot. This should go without saying, but there is a seizure warning. Don't @ me.
