I was surprised to find out Shizel didn't have a Phase 2; I was honestly gearing up for once.
Shizel's two pratfalls are the 2T ATK Debuff and the Guard right before her 1st Countdown; you'll either need Time Stop or break on Turn 3 to avoid a dead run.
Her CD Attack isn't an instant game over though assuming you aren't still poisoned: it'll reduce your party to 1% Max Health, so it is recoverable from. Or for DoA teams, it might be optimal to take the hit.

This R3 wasn't as bad as I'd pictured it being outside of some beginner's traps (Efreets 26k sets and Gnome's 3T ALL being Seal come to mind). Prayers now R4 isn't a huge difficulty jump; my heart isn't ready for LQ's Sequel yet.
