0I joke about Shizel having everything, but Hyades stage actually DOES: Ailments, Shield, Multiple Battles, 3-Man AoE Battle, Seal, and both types of Debuffs are all things you should expect. It's hellish to put it shortly.
Phase 1, there's not much to say besides the 3rd turn per HP gate is 2T Stun so run on that turn so you don't have to spend Panaceas you'll need later so you don't get the ax.
Phase 2, DO NOT BRING HIM TO 41-70% NO MATTER WHAT. That'll activate his 1 Turn Break, and that 4T Seal is set for 70% till he dies. 40% or less is safe, and 71-85% is safe to skip the Turn 3 5T Paralyze.
Phase 3, nail Right immediately as otherwise a 4T High + 200% ATK Debuff awaits you the 2nd turn. He'll reattempt that debuff around every 4 turns, so instead of worrying, found it was easier to nuke him on-sight. Left gets a 400 Hit Shield when you kill though, so be careful. From there, kill Hyades ASAP and get Left to his 7 Turn Break (~45% HP). From there, you can cruise control until you're ready for a big bomb and you win. And with that, we've beat the longest normal stage of this MoE. Second to Extra Boss Sekundes who saw Hyades' stage and went, "I can make it go on longer." Why does rerunning this have to take so looooong OTL
