Abandoned Mill starts off near a large body of water (river, ocean?). A guard dog isn't too far away, and a sniper is overlooking the area. Be prepared to take out the dog if it gets close, but don't stay out long enough to get spotted by the sniper. Sneak along the left side of the area in the shadows until you can reach the roof. Remember to shoot any lights out along the way to remain in the dark.
On the way towards the roof, either pass by the sniper or take it out from behind. One more sniper will be at the top, but you can easily take out it by climbing up under it and performing a take down.
Two more guards will be around the area ahead. One man will be at a higher level, and one will be on the level below. A sniper will be overlooking both in the distance. Take one guard out and the other will come to check on his buddy.
To reach the sniper and objective in the distance, go down to the lower level and use as much cover as possible. Stay up against the wall, and quickly move from cover to cover using the sprint button.
Continue towards the objective marker. Another sniper and infantryman will be positioned on the nearby roof. Take them out or leave them alone. Climb down the ladder on the side of the building and enter the floor through a large hold in the wall. More infantryman will be inside. Eliminate or sneak past them.
The objective marker will be placed on a rope. Rappel down the rope one floor, rappel down another rope to another floor, then cut the fabric to reach the next room. Five men will be around this area, and an additional two will be in the nearby room.
A Dead Drop Flash Drive can be found on the other side of the room. It's on an elevated level that had previously collapsed. To reach it, jump out the window and climb up a pipe to the window above. You may need to eliminate the infantryman nearby to get out the window.
The next objective marker is located a few floors down. A few more infantryman will be on the way towards it, so don't let your guard down. At the end of the path, a Blacklist Laptop can be found inside a room. An enemy may be using it when you reach the area. Four men and one heavily armored infantryman will be in the area. If you want to sneak past them instead of killing them all, use the pipes on the ceiling. Reach the next objective marker to play a cut scene.
After the scene, you must plant a tracking device inside the truck. Leave everyone in the area untouched, and remain undetected. A few Recon Drones will be rolling around the ceiling. Take them out with a single shot from your pistol before they detect you. Jump down to the truck and enter the back while nobody is looking to plant the trace. Another cut scene will play.
With the bug planted, it's time to make an exit. Go around the front of the truck and into a trap door in the ground. The short tunnel will lead to the room on the other side of the wall.
The area up ahead is a large, yellow tented tunnel. A heavily armored infantryman will be walking down this tunnel. Either let the man pass or kill him with a hand-to-hand take down. At the end of the yellow tent is another small tunnel in the ground. Open the trap door and follow the path down to the sewers.
The sewers will have three more attack dogs. Take them out and climb the ladder to the next objective marker. A long cut scene will play.
After the scene, your objective is to extract with Briggs. A number of commandos will rush in to fight. Fight your way to the roof to complete the mission. Remember to aim for the explosive tanks, and pick up any weapons the commandos drop if you somehow run out of ammo.
