This is the PC version with the "automated fix" patch and the HD remastered cutscenes offered in that patch. While these HD scenes are sometimes smeared out messes, the originals are pure pixel soup on a modern display at modern resolutions. This did come out in 1996, after all.
Playing this was an absolute nostalgia bomb for me. The desolate atmosphere is great.
I'm playing one handed here with keyboard controls. Platforming is fine but combat is a bit (more) awkward. For those unfamiliar with this game, I have little control over the camera and the game likes to manipulate it to show things.

I will be skipping the majority of the secrets, they are nearly universally just extra ammo/health. I had plenty of both by the end.

There are a few edits (~100) here and there to keep it as smooth a viewing experience as possible.
In Palace Midas, I cut after getting all three gold bars to save the minutes it takes to run back to where you use them. I turn Lara to gold as well, for funsies. There are no other notable edits.
