After EMS, you first do Faron Escape: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYR_BvNAMfY Then you can do the gorge void and rupee roll techniques that I did here.
I'd never done this before, so I had to learn to do the rupee roll. These two videos were of help to me in knowing what to do:
