Since it's advertised ingame that unprocessed serpent venom "increases potential in bed" I already tried it back in the early 2000's when playing the first time and found that drinking it just before paying the wench replaces her with a pirate NPC.
Now that I know that models are not deleted or created after an area is already loaded, just moved, I looked around where the wench model went and it's in a secluded room in the tavern. It's not possible to initiate a conversation, exactly like with many moved models.

This seems deliberate on the part of the developers, but the exact intent is a mistery for me. Maybe it's just as unfinished like most everything in this game.

I am actively searching for more cases where serpent venom alters something, but I found nothing else so far.
