The INL-ROM flash programmer from nesinfinitelives.com is a wonderful device that can be used to provide a way to create test cartridges to test game development on a real NES unit, as well as to make small to medium sized cartridge runs of games.

The cartridge used here is the NROM-256 mapper 0 flash cartridge, which is all my game needs. I also bought a casing for the cartridge, as well as the programmer. This was all I needed.
