Lohener wants the heroes to celebrate after saving Helmgart by going for a nice drink in the tower. Helmgart is quiet so its the perfect time for them to celebrate.
This map that was added recently is pretty interesting. Parts of it does remind me of Screaming Bell and the Prologue mission tho, but its still a fun map. This map does have a interesting mechanic. Halfway through the mission, everyone in the lobby is required to take a drink. Throughout the rest of the mission, the heroes will become drunk. I dont know much about the ale mechanic but, it does allow you to recharge your ult. Maybe the ale gives a slight power boost. Depending on how much ale was consumed while it is in effect, it was possible to suffer from a attack speed decrease.
One more thing, I am not sure if Grimms and Tomes spawn on this map.
