19Just to explain a few things for the viewers across the pond:
In the UK the BBC is funded by us, the people through a TV license, if a property isn't paying, they'll send these letters claiming that they know you're watching TV illegally.
To own a TV that gets Freeview and stuff, you need to pay the licence, if you don't, you're fine.
I own two, one I've had since 2010, and one a friend gave me, neither get satellite TV and I only use them for gaming (one in the lounge, one in my office.) so these threats mean bugger all, but I'm getting the letters because I just moved in a new property, so the Tax men told the Government, who told the BBC.
You would get this one as the last letter of the year, before that they would say that you will be taken to court and shit.
If the officers do come round, I'll fuck with them and play Doctor Who on Netflix, it won't count as watching BBC TV as it's not watched on A BBC website.
