Day 1 of the New in Chess Classic of the Champions Chess Tour saw GM Vidit Gujrathi take on three of the best chess players in the world - Carlsen, Nakamura and Aronian. Vidit played excellent chess and managed to hold his own against all three of them. He scored 3.0/5 at the end of the day and was on joint third position.
